Baked Brie with a filling of mushrooms sauteed with thyme, shallots, and sweet vermouth wrapped in puff pastry.

Jace - I must say of all the blogs I check out you do a great job of adding new and interesting material. I would have to believe the Baked Brie would be an extremely good choice from any menu, it looks and sounds great!
