Intros are never easy
I've never been very big on introductions, so this will be short and sweet. My life is crazy, work+school+family=not much free time for anything else. Even though chaos can be frustrating and leave you feeling like you just got kicked on your butt, in a way it is invigorating and self-satisfying. That is the point I am at in my life. As long as I have a creative outlet to appease that side of my personality, then I'm alright. So....I go to culinary school, learning what Vicchysoise is truly made of, or what action is expected when you hear monter au beurre from chef somehow helps me keep that feeling like I am improving myself as a person. Sounds kind of silly, but when you are asking yourself questions like "what is the meaning of life?" or "what makes my mom's roast so much better than anyone else's?" it helps to start with the small stuff and try to sift through the issues that confront us everyday, usually when you are least expecting it. So the answer to start with is soy sauce, it makes her roast my all-time favorite.

Jac - nice site - the Jacester... - I believe I have partaken of Diane's roast and seem to remember it was curiously good - now I know why. The Uncster (Phil)
I am laughing out loud! My boss is probably wondering what is so funny about my salad. Only proves why Jacey is the best little sister, creative, fun, and thoughtful - and a good cook! I guess I'm not with the times since I am now the only sis without a blog (especially since I just read in Reader's Digest what a blog really is web + log).
The "Anonymous" kind isn't anonymous if you know what I mean. Who reads Reader's Digest anymore anyway, especially for clarification on internet terms?? I have to admit though there is no better publication to stock your porcelain library with.
I honestly thought that kels didn't read 'the digest' anymore, we've made so much fun of her over the years for it. I guess it just proves your loyalty to the good ole days ay?
